Affordable Housing Resale List
When owners of affordable units decide to move and sell their unit, the NSC is contacted in order to ensure their successful sale to another low or moderate income household. We do not hold lotteries for these units (called "Resale" units), but instead offer them to those who sign up for our Affordable Housing Resale List.
To get on the list, simply download and fill out this simple application giving us your basic housing needs information, including what cities you would like to receive information regarding resales for. Mail us your application and we will process it to put you on the appropriate lists. Then we will contact you if an opportunity to purchase arises in any of your cities and your name is the first on the list!
Household eligibility to purchase the resale unit will be verified when offered a unit, not when placed on the resale list.
